6 Habits Of Resilient People

This is pretty much a list of things I set 2013 aside to learn and hone.

1. Build healthy relationships with good people who support you.

2. Everything is a blessing (current happiness) or a lesson (current pain), thus everything can be a blessing if you wish.

3. Accept Failure.

Failure is a huge part of life, and the people I admire and love the most in life have gone through failure and come out of it better on the other side. It tested them. But that doesn’t mean they were perfect when they were going through it.

4. Have multiple ideas, endeavours, talents, jobs, identities. Be fluid, and remember your fluidity.

(I needed this to get over failure and pains in certain areas of life)

5. Forgive yourself, forgive others.

6. Have a sense of purpose and a set of values.
